Ray Pardiny at Visual Enhancements just finished painting our house today.  It came out just beautiful. Ray is wonderful to deal with. Always kept in touch with us. We had water damage at my mom's home recently.  I live a couple thousand miles away in Texas and was a little panicked trying to assess the damage and get everything repaired. Luckily I was referred to Ray and Visual Enhancements by another company. I am so thankful for that referral. Ray and his team did a fantastic job with the repairs. He provided open and regular communication every step of the way.  He brought me up speed on the damage that he saw, what work needed to be done and sent me pictures and texts throughout the process.  It's difficult these days to find honest contractors that you can trust and that do good work, especially when you aren't there to personally oversee the work. I went with Visual Enhancements because I had cracks in the stucco left from a lousy paint job previously that was allowing some water in. I saw many testimonials that they were the best painter in the area, with many people saying their house felt like it had a coat of rubber around it. After requesting an estimate, Ray reached out with a competitive quote and was there every step of the HOA application and red tape I had never experienced as a new home owner. The power washer he sent out even went the extra mile to power wash my driveway and other areas unrelated to the job. The actual paint job was fantastic, timely and can confirm the PPG paint feels like a rubber coat around the home, closest to best in class I’d imagine. Working with Ray and his team at Visual Enhancements was awesome! They are very knowledgeable and highly skilled in construction, remodeling and even painting cabinets! They are super reliable and were on-time and on budget with our patio extension. They handled all the necessary Pasco County permitting as well as equipping us with a solid package for our HOA Architectural Review Committee. Work performed some time ago still makes me nauseous and angry when I walk past the incredibly poor sheetrock repair and painting delivered by this business.
